We follow government guidelines and travel bulletins, and no commute to the epidemic area is made at this time.

For our part, we strive to reduce the spread of the virus and to ensure the health and safety of our staff, our customers and our partners.

Teleworking is being increased throughout the organization

While our office remains open in principle, we are working to reduce the number of staff present in our office. Whenever possible, we encourage staff to do telework. The smaller number of people in our office also protects those who cannot work remotely.

How is PlanMill’s service production secured in the event of an epidemic?

We adhere to our Service Production Continuity Plan, which includes guidelines for monitoring, managing, maintaining and operating PlanMill’s continuous services in various emergency situations. Most of these tasks can be done remotely. Customer meetings are held through virtual channels.

Tasks that require work on the customer’s premises, such as installation, troubleshooting, on-site IT support, and other specialist work, are handled by special arrangements. PlanMill’s subcontractors and partners follow our contingency plans and continuity plan during the epidemic.

Through resource planning, proxy practices, and a well-established subcontracting and partner network, we strive to maintain the highest level of service for our corporate clients, even in exceptional circumstances.

The most critical operations necessary for customer and business continuity are handled first.

If significant changes occur that have a broader customer impact, we will notify you as soon as possible.

If you have anything to ask, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@planmill.com
