Press release January 10, 2008 - PlanMill Ltd has delivered to NetOne Oy a fully browser-based PSA (Professional Services Automation) solution for networked business environment. The PlanMill PSA solution, which supports real-time operation, is in a key position in managing NetOne's growth strategy. The service is provided as Software as a Service (SaaS).
A PSA solution replaces the difficult, individual information systems in service companies
With the new integrated PSA solution, NetOne will improve the processes related to customer relationship management and development, monitoring of work hours and costs, monitoring of support requests, sales orders and projects, and invoicing. The company will use the real-time PSA system to strive for its goal of making the planning, monitoring and management of the entire service business clearer and faster. NetOne will use the PlanMill PSA system to replace a number of individual information systems, such as Microsoft CRM, Excel, and Severa PSA.
The CEO of NetOne, Sirpa Stenbäck says that their quickly growing company was looking for a suitable system for a long time.
