Press release August 14, 2007 - PlanMill Ltd has delivered to Platinum Partners Oy a fully browser-based PSA (Professional Services Automation) solution for networked service business environment as an On-Demand service. The PlanMill PSA solution, which supports real-time operation, is in a key position in managing Platinum's growth strategy.
With the new business-driven, integrated PSA solution, Platinum will improve the processes related to customer relationship management and development, monitoring of work hours and costs, monitoring of projects, and invoicing. Platinum will use the real-time PSA system to strive for its goal of making the planning, monitoring and management of the entire service business clearer and faster.
According to the CEO of Platinum Partners, Matti Tuominen, their fast-growing company was looking for a suitable system for a long time.
