PlanMill launches next generation web-native PSA release 10

Built on the standard Java and XML platform, PlanMill 10 is immediately available for test drive (www.planmill.com) and Online and On-Premise deployment.
The new release helps especially customer-centric small and mid-sized organizations to increase profits through improving customer retention, resource utilization and enabling more efficient finance, portfolio and project management. - Competences: Personnel competences can be managed in a comprehensive way. Reporting, resource search and pricing are all related to competence criteria and skill levels.
- New reporting capabilities: 20+ new business reports cover new areas such as Earned Value and Earned Revenue Analysis. Besides PlanMill’s new Search Report technology allows project finance, resource availability and utilization analysis based on a large set of search criteria’s. New release consists of totally 85+ customer, portfolios, projects, resources, time, expenses and finances related business reports.
- Personalization: Various new and easy to use personalization capabilities such as My Columns and My Settings (i.e. theme and currency) boost personal productivity.
- Administrator: Provides full control of access levels, sessions, jobs, calendars, currencies and other system settings.
- Language: English and German (new - availability 11/06) releases.
- Web-native: 100% browser-centric. Support for both Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox.
- Open platform: 100% standard Java and XML enabled platform. Apache Tomcat and MS SQL Server 2005 enabled.
- Faster deployment: Flexible options to choose such as PlanMill Online, if you would like to PlanMill host your information, or PlanMill On-Premise, if you prefer to manage PlanMill PSA on your own servers.
