Press release June 13, 2005 - PlanMill Ltd as provider of user-friendly project business solutions that support real-time operation has delivered to Tieto-X Oyj a browser-based PlanMill PSA (Professional Services Automation) solution for over 300 users. The new, integrated PlanMill PSA solution replaces the previously used simplified in-house system for tracking working hours. Additionally, the new solution has been integrated to the Persona Wintime payroll system and the Economa Wintime financial management system.

With the real-time PlanMill PSA system, Tieto-X will support and improve planning, monitoring and management of operative project work and contract work, management of project teams' time, invoicing, payroll, reporting, and consistency of operating methods in a distributed business environment.

According to Tieto-X's Chief Financial Officer Timo Leinonen, the company was looking for a user-friendly, scalable and cost-efficient system for managing its demanding development, contract work and delivery projects. At the same time, the company wanted to make sure that the selected PSA system would be able to fulfill customer-specific business requirements also in the future.
