PlanMill's new PSA solution brings customer-centric management of sales and projects in real-time

Press release August 31, 2004 - PlanMill Ltd, part of TJ Group Plc and provider of browser-based, user-friendly Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions, has released a significantly extended software version. Comprehensive PlanMill PSA 8.5 is scalable and cost-effective solution, which makes management of customer relationships, personnel, projects, and business processes faster and more efficient in a networked business environment.

- Based on the feedback we have received from the users, we have now released Action, Account, Contact, Opportunity, and Request Management functions, which support real-time customer, sales and project monitoring and fulfill the target companies' most typical needs for improving customer relationship and service processes. Additionally, version 8.5 offers extended and more developed project home pages, collaboration, analysis, document management, Extranet and Online reporting functions, says Thomas Hood, CEO of PlanMill.

PlanMill PSA 8.5 is a solution developed especially to the needs of internal and external service organizations and IT units. It can be used to monitor the degree of personnel utilization and the profitability of customer relationships and organization units transparently in real time.
