Press release February 16, 2004 - PlanMill Ltd, part of TJ Group Plc and a provider of browser-based and user-friendly Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions, has delivered a browser-based PlanMill PSA solution to Cidercone Wireless Oy. Cidercone Wireless has implemented the solution in its management, sales, product development, and professional services team.

With the real-time PlanMill PSA system, Cidercone supports and improves the planning, monitoring and management of operative project operations, the management of project schedules, and the reporting. The integrated PlanMill PSA solution replaced the separate information systems used previously.

According to Cidercone's CEO Tuomas Kohila, the company was looking for a user-friendly and browser-based system for managing its demanding internal development and service projects. At the same time, they wanted to ensure that the selected PSA solution will fulfill Cidercone's customer-specific business demands also in the future.
