Press release April 14, 2003 - PlanMill Ltd, a PSA (Professional Services Automation) solutions provider that is part of TJ Group Plc, has signed an agreement on delivering a browser-based PSA solution to Oy Observer Finland Ab.

Observer's business area managers and the company's project managers will use the PlanMill PSA system for real-time project, personnel and time management as well as for improving invoicing.

According to Annele Aerikkala, the Managing Director of Observer Finland, they were looking a user-friendly system with support for real-time operations for managing their demanding analysis and information service projects and customer deliveries. At the same time, they wanted to make sure that the selected system will fulfill the demands of Observer's business operations also in the future.

- The PlanMill PSA solution stood out from the other offers because it is browser-based and user-friendly. The decision was also supported by PlanMill's advanced integrated functions that can be connected to other systems and its cost-effectiveness, says Aerikkala.

Delivery of the PlanMill PSA system to Observer Finland will start immediately. Due to PlanMill's flexible and cost-effective implementation model, Observer will be able to transfer the system's benefits to its business very quickly. 

The parties have agreed not to disclose the value of the deal.
