Time sheet

  • Time list -tab: You can see all your time reports in one list view, and even personalize the list
  • Optional way to report time using actual clock values i.e. instead of reporting 3 hours, you report that you started at 8:00 a.m. and finished at 11:00 a.m.


Timer - View demo

  • Easy way to report time by starting, stopping and re-starting a timer
  • Useful for real-time recording of daily tasks
  • You can also select the task for the timer recordings later or change a task for several recordings at one go
  • Fully integrated with Time sheet, Requests & Tasks (Project space)

  • E-invoice service processes the invoices in an electronic format (i.e. Finvoice) and routes them to an invoice processing system or printing service, depending on the recipient’s choice

Imports tab

General UI enhancements

  • List views & summary page: Automatic resize for user pictures
  • Text editor:
    • Special characters and extra markings are cleaned more efficiently from copied text
    • Add image –button can be used to link images directly from Internet to be shown in the text
    • Timestamp comment function uses now user’s local time not system time
  • Pop-ups: Draws now only inside browser window
  • English, German and Finnish UI texts have been updated
