PlanMill 12.5 (Released March 16, 2010) offers several new add-ons and key features, as well as addressing known and fixed issues.
PlanMill Calendar* - FREE web-based solution to all PlanMill Cloud and On-Premise customers for viewing various kinds of calendar events such as absences, actions, annual holidays, opportunities, requests, project milestones and tasks. Also, it supports viewing Google Calendar events within PlanMill Calendar. Separate activation and configuration request from cloud customers is required. Note: No Calendar support for MS Internet Explorer 6 and 7
PlanMill Contracts* - A streamlined web-based solution for contract management. It allows organization to keep track of various kinds of business agreements and related documents.
PlanMill Products* - An easy-to-use web-based solution for product management. It enables you to easily manage and share centrally product and product group-related information.
PlanMill TES** add-on automatically calculates overtime, travel time, paid and unpaid absences and reported hours for payroll calculations. Default calculations are based on Finnish ERTO’s labor union agreement. Calculations produce data in hours. This add-on module can be used to export data as MS Excelor CSV-file to payroll or it can be connected with Personec W system with PlanMill Connector for Personec W. Available to PROJECT, PSA and ERP products. PlanMill Absence also is required to be able use PlanMill TES solution.
PlanMill Connector for Intrum Justitia (IJ) - Generates Finvoice files from Invoices and sends the files automatically (for example every 10 s) to a predefined email address where they can be uploaded to Intrum Justitia’s solution. Read more from Intrum Justitia.
PlanMill Connector for Crowd* – Provides web services based automatic creating/updating and deactivating of users from Atlassian Crowd single sign-on (SSO) and identity management solution.
PlanMill Connector for Personec W** – Exports (CSV file) absence and TES related payroll information to Personec W from Aditro. A separate upload (Import) action to Personec W required. Besides PlanMill Absence, add-on is required to be able to export absence-related information.
PlanMill Touch* - Now here for Beta! This is a web-based solution optimized for touch screen mobile devices such as Apple iPhone and Nokia N900. It allows viewing and searching for various kinds of information from PlanMill such as actions, accounts, contacts, requests and opportunities. Mobile Internet or WLAN is required for using PlanMill Touch.
