PlanMill 12.5 (Released March 16, 2010) offers several new add-ons and key features, as well as addressing known and fixed issues.

Note:
*)  PlanMill add-ons are available to PlanMill CRM, PROJECT, PSA and ERP products.

Key features 

  • Open API & Import (manual) – Support for XLS transformation when making API requests. API available to PlanMill Contracts and Products, too.
  • OpenID – Enhanced authentication to support named OpenID service providers. A separate activation from PlanMill required. Read more from OpenID.
  • Payment reference (Finland only) – Bank payment reference fees (in Finnish:”saapuneet viitemaksut”) can be imported to PlanMill using Finnish bank standard file (retrieved from company’s own web bank). Currently available to Finnish customers only. 

Misc

  • Renamed terminology (UI) - Calendar (incl. work capacity) module name changed to Capacity (Kapasiteetti).
  • Collaboration (Group tab)   – Designed for Power users; consists of Documents, Calendars and Forums related sub tabs.
  • Several general usability and performance related improvements implemented
