PlanMill Timer

 is an easy to use add-on that keeps track of exact time a user spends on any given task or any activities related to a project. What are you doing now? Write down all important information while the clock is ticking or edit the report later. View demo   

KEY FEATURES

  • The Timer icon is visible if you are assigned as performer for the Request/Task.
  • Request and Task lists contain Timer features. Report time directly to individual request/task.   
  • Select the task for the timer recordings later or change a task for several recordings at one go.
  • Project list shows only projects where you have been assigned as Task or Request performer.
  • If you don't know where to report the time, you can select a task for recordings later.
  • Depending on user's access rights, you can edit invoicing data for the time report.
  • Assign the time reports to a project and task/request and check the time reports in Time list.
  • Search and filter time reports in Time list - you may even use free text search!
  • Person filter is visible to selected roles to check and monitoring for team leaders. Use period filter to see time reports and reported amounts for certain periods.
  • In the new "Clock" mode, you can enter exact clock times for time reports. Start Timer from the time sheet and see when the timer is running on a task. 

PlanMill Timer enables users to select the work efforts for recordings later or change a task for several recordings at one go.
 
With the Time list –tab, view all time reports in one list view, and even personalize the list.
 
PlanMill Timer and Time list are fully integrated with Time sheet, Requests & Tasks (Project space).

In customer service situations for example, desk help operators answer enquiries over the phone while the timer automatically records the time required from service help in hours, minutes, and seconds. Using a time list -tab, view and see all your time reports in one list view, and even personalize the list!

It is is useful for real-time recording of daily tasks and provides an easy way to report time by starting, stopping and re-starting. The time list works well with normal time sheet - time reporting functions. The time sheet, showing 7-21 days at a time, can also be used in "clock" reporting mode which works very well with Time list and Timer.
