PlanMill Contracts - Simple and streamlined web-based solution for contract management.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

PlanMill Contracts is part of PlanMill CRM (Customer Relationship Mmanagement) and PlanMill ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). This can be used separately without any other PlanMill modules, except Accounts and Contacts. If there is no connection to sales orders, invoicing -- products or projects modules are needed.

KEY FEATURES

Information stored in PlanMill Products module is used when creating Contracts items for pricing and others.
Every user with suitable access rights has visibility on all Contracts in the company.
Contracts workflow allows users to know which Contracts are drafts, internally accepted, rejected, or signed (cancelled).
PlanMill Contracts looks the same as other modules and can be activated to each user role by turning on role-based access rights.
Web shops or other software can have access to the Contracts module through PlanMill Open API.
List view/All contracts. Help in Contracts creation by offering a workflow from draft to Contracts termination.
