Focus 100 % on service business since 2001

Our story started in late 1980's when certain project management related product innovations took place in Nokia. Since then, different technical advancements have made their impact on what we can today proudly call the unique approach by PlanMill. PlanMill became a fully independent operation in 2001.

At the same time new 100 % service business (PSA) related focus was introduced. We cannot take the credit alone the winner approach, most of the credits belong to our clients who have supported and believed in us all along.

PlanMill investors

PlanMill is a private company that has raised venture funding from top-tier venture capital firm Cancelco Capital Ltd, a venture capital firm that specializes in company acquisitions and other ownership arrangements of small- and medium-sized companies. Canelco Capital acts as a financial manager for professional investors and a strategic development partner for companies.

Canelco’s investment operations are based on enhancing the growth of the companies through the cooperation between the investor, new management of the company, and the active and experienced group of external investors. Canelco manages a capital of about 55 million euros and employs eight venture capital specialists in Kuopio, Helsinki, and Tampere.
